| How to Use | We recommend below as a guide only. Safe to use daily. NECK: Start at the base of the neck and roll in an upward direction – do not roll back and forth. Repeat 2-3 times ensuring all area is covered. JAWLINE: Roll from the jawline to ear on both sides using gentle pressure. Repeat 2-3 times. You can continue this motion all the way from the jaw to the cheekbone. We recommend to roll for 5 minutes a day to increase blood flow to the cheeks. Always in an upward direction. FOREHEAD: Start from the base of the forehead and roll up towards the temples, only in upward direction. Repeat 2 -3 times.
