Our signature oil-blends are hand crafted in Australia in small batches to continuously maintain a high level of quality control to ensure our customers receive 100% product satisfaction. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our loyal clientele is everything to us at Umuhle Apothecary. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the small-batch, hand-curated nature of our skincare products, we are unable to offer a refund due to change of mind.

Umuhle Apothecary will accept product returns if you change your mind within 5 days of receiving your parcel. If we are happy with the condition of the returned product/s, we will provide you with a store credit valid to the value of the returned product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance. Store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for used online. Please email our beauty experts at (info@umuhleapothecary.com.au) to request a return.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and will not be given a Store Credit until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of package to confirm your return has been processed.

Faulty/Damaged item

Variations Between Products

Some of our products may have minor changes between batches which are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please note that these variations are a clear sign of our dedication to using natural and organic ingredients which are monitored through our rigorous quality control procedures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Sensitivity

We understand skin sensitivity might be a concern for some of our customers, and while sensitivities or mild reactions to organic and natural ingredients are rare, they may possibly occur. We are transparent with our customers and have listed each ingredient in our products to help you identify if that product is right for you. Please note that skin is usually more sensitive during hormonal changes, seasonal variations and while taking some medications. We recommend a 24-hour patch-test of our products on your skin prior to use.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 3 – 5 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays, dispatch times may be longer. Umuhle Apothecary will do our best to ensure all orders are dispatched within our specified time frames, however we will not be held responsible for any delays which may arise from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 business days.
